Irwin Borough hurricane guide¶
Irwin Borough, in Westmoreland County, is inland, so the remains of tropical storms are mainly a flash flood and wind concern. The borough has its own police department, which also serves North Irwin, and a storm water page that asks residents to keep storm drains clear.
