Las Tunas hurricane guide

Las Tunas is a province in eastern Cuba, with coasts on both the north and the south. The provincial Consejo de Defensa leads storm response with the Defensa Civil, and evacuees are housed in protection centers when officials order it. Heavy rain from a hurricane can bring flooding. Follow the cyclone phases announced by the Defensa Civil and the instructions of local authorities.
