Menabe cyclone guide

Menabe is a region on the west coast of Madagascar. Risk and disaster management is coordinated nationally by the Bureau National de Gestion des Risques et des Catastrophes (BNGRC). The regional risk and disaster management committee is led by the prefect of Morondava, as BNGRC described it in December 2023, and BNGRC has described a Bureau Territorial being set up at Morondava to serve the whole region. Météo Madagascar issues the cyclone alert levels. Follow Météo Madagascar and BNGRC, and the instructions of local authorities.
