Can Tho typhoon guide

Cần Thơ is a low lying Mekong Delta city. Since the 2025 reorganisation it includes the former Sóc Trăng and Hậu Giang provinces. Official pages stress high tides, flooding of low areas, river bank erosion and subsidence, and thunderstorms and whirlwinds that unroof houses. The Can Tho City Hydro-Meteorological Station (Đài Khí tượng Thuỷ văn thành phố Cần Thơ) follows weather events and warns agencies and residents. The national emergency number 112 reaches the command.
