Evacuation centers¶
Open only when announced
Evacuation centers open only when officials announce them, and not every center opens for every storm. Check the official list of open centers before you leave home. Bring your own bedding, food, water, and medicines.
Temporary shelters (refugios temporales) in Mexico are announced by state and municipal Protección Civil for each storm. We have no confirmed official shelter list for this state. A shelter is open only when officials announce it. Follow Protección Civil and local authorities.
