The Ban Chỉ huy Phòng thủ dân sự tỉnh (Provincial Civil Defense Command) runs a dedicated disaster prevention portal with telegrams, rapid reports, and forecasts. Its standing office is the provincial Military Command, and its disaster prevention office sits in the Irrigation Sub-department of the Department of Agriculture and Environment. River floods, flooded spillways, and landslides are recurring risks. Follow the instructions of commune and ward authorities.
