Boeny cyclone guide¶
Boeny is a region on the northwest coast of Madagascar. BNGRC pages refer to a Centre Opérationnel (CO) Boeny that met when a weather system threatened the region in January 2026, and BNGRC keeps a storage store at Mahajanga. Cyclone Fytia affected Boeny in late January and early February 2026. BNGRC names Boeny as particularly vulnerable to natural hazards. Follow Météo Madagascar alerts and BNGRC notices.
