Dalton Borough hurricane guide¶
Dalton is an inland municipality in Lackawanna County, so the remains of tropical storms are mainly a flash flood and wind concern. The borough's public works department maintains local streets and storm drains, and its Stormwater Management page explains how to report discharges into the storm sewer system.
