Lackawanna County hurricane guide¶
The Lackawanna County Emergency Management Agency plans, coordinates, and supports response and recovery for emergencies of any kind in the county, from its office at the Center For Public Safety in Jessup. The EMA page links to a Code RED alert signup and to PEMA and Ready.gov preparedness resources. The page does not publish county flood or shelter guidance, so watch local alerts and never drive through flooded roads.
