Westmont hurricane guide¶
Westmont Borough is in Cambria County, on the hilltop above Johnstown. The borough's own pages note that the borough was planned on the hilltop after the Great Johnstown Flood of 1889, and they list the West Hills Regional Police non-emergency line and a Cambria County 911 non-emergency line. For shelters and county alerts, use the Cambria County page.
