York hurricane guide¶
York is a coastal town in southern Maine. The town's flood page says that as a coastal community York does experience flooding given the right set of circumstances, and that street flooding from pooling water is also common. The town has its own emergency management department, which works with the Police, Fire, and Public Works departments.
