Frederick County hurricane guide

The Emergency Management Division of the Frederick County Fire and Rescue Department handles disaster preparedness, response coordination, mitigation, and recovery. Sign up for Alert FREDCOVA for weather alerts. The county tells residents not to drive through flooded roads (Turn Around, Don't Drown) and not to leave pets behind in an evacuation.
