Halifax hurricane guide

Halifax has its own emergency information on its official site, but no separate hurricane or flood risk page. The main danger from a hurricane or tropical storm is heavy rain and flooding from a storm's remnants, as described on the Windham County page. See the Windham County page for county and state agencies, including VT-ALERT.
