Coupland hurricane guide

Coupland is an inland community in Williamson County, far from the coast, so storm risk comes from heavy rain, flash flooding, and wind from the remains of a storm from the Gulf of Mexico. The only regular city services are road maintenance and subdivision rules, and the county handles the rest. The municipality publishes no hurricane or flood page.
