Sabinal hurricane guide¶
Sabinal is an inland town in Uvalde County, Texas, far from the Gulf of Mexico coast. Heavy rain, flash flooding, and wind from the remains of a tropical storm are possible here. Never drive through flooded roads. For county emergency management, alerts, and agencies, see the Uvalde County page. The Sabinal River runs through the area, so watch county alerts when heavy rain is forecast.
