Leander hurricane guide¶
Leander is a city north of Austin, mostly in Williamson County with part in Travis County, far from the coast. Tropical storms can bring flash flooding, thunderstorms, and tornadoes here. The city runs its own Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Management, police and fire departments, and water and wastewater systems.
