Bovina hurricane guide¶
Bovina is a small city in Parmer County in the Texas Panhandle, near the New Mexico border and far from the coast. Hurricane risk here is limited to rain and wind from the remains of a storm, and the city publishes no guidance of its own. The city has its own police department. For county emergency management, alerts, and agencies, see the Parmer County page.
