Blackwell hurricane guide¶
Blackwell is a small town in Nolan County, in West Texas, far from the coast. The town publishes no hurricane or flood page of its own. Remains of tropical storms can still bring heavy rain and flash flooding, so use the Nolan County page for county agencies, alerts, and emergency contacts.
