Cactus hurricane guide¶
Cactus is a city in Moore County in the Texas Panhandle, far from the Gulf of Mexico. The remains of a tropical storm can still bring heavy rain and flash flooding. The city has a Notify Me service for community notices. For county emergency management, see the Moore County page.
