Jefferson hurricane guide

Jefferson is the county seat of Marion County, on Big Cypress Creek near Caddo Lake in East Texas. The remains of tropical storms can bring heavy rain, flooding along the creek and lake, and storm damage. The Jefferson Police Department serves the city, which runs its own water and sewer service.
