Blum hurricane guide¶
Blum is a small inland community in Hill County, far from the coast. The remains of a tropical storm can bring heavy rain, flash flooding, and wind this far inland. The town publishes no hurricane or flood page of its own, so use the Hill County agencies listed on the county page.
