Rochester hurricane guide

Rochester is a small town in Haskell County, in West Central Texas, far from the coast. The town publishes no hurricane or flood page of its own. Remains of tropical storms can still bring heavy rain and flash flooding, so use the Haskell County page for county agencies, alerts, and emergency contacts.
