White Oak hurricane guide¶
White Oak is a small city on US Highway 80 just west of Longview. It has its own police department and a volunteer fire department, and the city runs its own water and sewer plant. Tropical storms that move inland can bring heavy rain, flash flooding, high winds, and tornadoes here.
