Denison hurricane guide¶
Denison is an inland city in Grayson County. The city's emergency management page says it works closely with the Grayson County Office of Emergency Management, which is the main link to the state and FEMA in a major event. What to know in Denison¶
- Denison runs five outdoor warning sirens for tornado warnings, high winds, and large hail. The city says that if you hear them you should find shelter indoors away from windows, and not call 911 to ask why they sounded.
