Donley County hurricane guide

Donley County, in the Texas Panhandle, does not publish an emergency management page. The County Judge's office and the Sheriff's Office at the courthouse in Clarendon are the county's contacts. The county is far from the coast, but the remains of a tropical storm can bring heavy rain and flash flooding.
