The Borough of Stroudsburg's website lists its public works department, which handles leaf pickup and storm drains, and says residents should not block storm drains or gutters with leaves. The borough's pages do not describe a hurricane or flood plan of its own, so for county emergency management, alerts, and shelter information see the Monroe County page.
