Franklinville hurricane guide¶
Franklinville is a small former mill town on the banks of the Deep River, about 10 miles east of Asheboro. Heavy rain can bring river and flash flooding, along with falling trees and power outages. The Randolph County Sheriff's Office provides law enforcement, and the town runs its own water and sewer system.
