Babylon hurricane guide¶

The Town of Babylon says that when the National Weather Service forecasts a hurricane or major coastal storm for the town, its Department of Public Safety activates the Office of Emergency Management, and the town website displays emergency alerts. The town says heavy rain or a coastal storm can back up storm drains. For evacuation zones and the SuffolkAlert sign up, use the Suffolk County page.
