New Providence hurricane guide¶
New Providence is a borough in Union County with its own Office of Emergency Management, which coordinates emergency services in the borough. The borough's emergency management page lists a hurricane among the emergencies it plans for and links to the 2026 Union County Hazard Mitigation Plan. The borough pages read do not publish evacuation zones or a shelter list, so see the Union County page for county agencies.
