Pelahatchie hurricane guide¶
Pelahatchie is a small city in eastern Rankin County. It is far inland with no hurricane evacuation zones, but the remnants of a hurricane can bring strong wind, tornadoes, and flooding. The city has its own police department and is served by the Pelahatchie Volunteer Fire Department.
