Holly Springs hurricane guide¶
Holly Springs is the county seat of Marshall County, in far north Mississippi. Tornadoes, high wind, and flooding from the remains of tropical storms are the main risks. The city has its own police and fire departments, and the Holly Springs Utility Department provides electricity, gas, and water.
