Chelsea hurricane guide¶
Chelsea is a coastal city beside Boston Harbor. Its Emergency Management page lists a City Evacuation Plan link and an Emergency Operations Center line, but the pages found do not describe hurricane or storm surge risk. Use the Suffolk County page for evacuation zones and state guidance, and sign up for the city's alerts.
