Rowe hurricane guide¶
Rowe is an inland hill town in Franklin County, so the main dangers when the remains of a tropical storm move through are heavy rain, flash flooding, and high winds. The town has an Emergency Management page with a power outage map link, home preparedness guidance, and a Reverse 9-1-1 sign up for emergency and event calls. It publishes no separate hurricane or flood page, so use the Franklin County page for state contacts and shelter guidance.
