Zachary hurricane guide¶

Zachary is a city in northern East Baton Rouge Parish with its own police and fire departments, its own emergency preparedness manager, and city-run water, gas, and sewer service. Storms here bring wind damage, power outages, and flooding from heavy rain. City service requests go to the City of Zachary, not to the parish's Red Stick 311.
