West Liberty hurricane guide¶
West Liberty is the Morgan County seat in the hills of eastern Kentucky, far from the coast, so the remains of a tropical storm mainly bring heavy rain and flash flooding. The city runs an E-911 center and offers an emergency alert sign up. See the Morgan County page for county emergency management.
