Lynch hurricane guide¶
Lynch is a city in Harlan County, Kentucky, in the Eastern Kentucky hills, where creeks can flood quickly and hillsides can slide in heavy rain. Heavy rain and flash flooding, including from the remains of tropical storms, are the main storm risks. The city publishes no hurricane or flood page, so use the Harlan County page for county agencies. Call 911 in an emergency.
