Windham hurricane guide¶
Windham is an inland town with the Willimantic and Natchaug Rivers. Its Office of Emergency Management page links American Red Cross storm and flood checklists, but the town publishes no town specific hurricane or flood page that we could confirm. For regional agencies, use the county page for this region.
