Cathedral City hurricane guide¶
Cathedral City is a desert city in the Coachella Valley, Riverside County. Its Public Works Department says it puts out barricades and warnings during flooding and corrects unsafe road conditions, and its Fire and EMS emergency preparedness page offers CERT and preparedness courses. The city has nothing else beyond the county's storm information, so use the Riverside County page for the county's emergency agencies and Alert RivCo.

Cathedral City does not publish a standing list of shelters on the pages reviewed. Shelters open only when announced, so check the city and county alerts and do not go to a site until it is announced as open.
