Dadeville hurricane guide¶
Dadeville is the county seat of Tallapoosa County, near Lake Martin. It is far inland, but storms moving in from the Gulf can still bring heavy rain, flooding, high winds, and tornadoes. The city has its own police and fire departments and runs its own gas, water, and sewer service.

What to know in Dadeville¶
- On Thursdays the city picks up limbs and yard debris along city rights of way. Cut limbs into pieces 5 to 10 feet long, keep each piece under 100 pounds, bag all leaves, and keep piles away from power lines, poles, and mailboxes.
