Biliran is an island province in Eastern Visayas with eight municipalities and no city. The provincial capitol is in Naval. The provincial government's contact page lists emergency hotlines including a PDRRMO number. Typhoon and tropical storm warnings come from PAGASA through its Tropical Cyclone Wind Signals. Follow PAGASA bulletins and the instructions of your municipal and barangay officials.

Evacuation centers

Open only when announced

Evacuation centers open only when officials announce them, and not every center opens for every storm. Check the official list of open centers before you leave home. Bring your own bedding, food, water, and medicines.

PAGASA tells people to know the concrete, reinforced multi-story buildings their local government has designated for evacuation. Evacuation centres are announced by your municipal or city disaster office and barangay officials. This page does not list any as open.

Cities and towns

Each city has its own services and some have their own alerts. The county's evacuation zones, evacuation centers, and emergency alerts cover everyone, in every city and in unincorporated areas.
