Camarines Sur typhoon guide¶
Camarines Sur is the largest province of the Bicol Region, with the Bicol Plain, Mount Isarog, a Pacific coast on the Partido peninsula, and lakes such as Buhi and Bato. The provincial capital is Pili, and the province has two cities, Naga City, an independent city, and Iriga City, a component city. The provincial government lists a provincial hotline but no separate disaster office number on the pages checked. Follow PAGASA bulletins and your city or municipal disaster office.

Every phone number and web address on this page was checked against official sources on that date. Details can change, especially during a storm. Always follow instructions from the provincial disaster risk reduction and management office of Camarines Sur (the provincial site does not name it on the pages checked). In a life threatening emergency, call 911.

Official alerts and information¶
- PAGASA Severe Weather Bulletin: PAGASA's bulletin for typhoons and tropical storms. Check the issue time on each one. Website.
Evacuation centers¶
Open only when announced
Evacuation centers open only when officials announce them, and not every center opens for every storm. Check the official list of open centers before you leave home. Bring your own bedding, food, water, and medicines.
PAGASA tells people to know the concrete, reinforced multi-story buildings their local government has designated for evacuation. Evacuation centres are announced by your municipal or city disaster office and barangay officials. This page does not list any as open.
Cities and towns¶
Each city has its own services and some have their own alerts. The county's evacuation zones, evacuation centers, and emergency alerts cover everyone, in every city and in unincorporated areas.
- Iriga City (component city)
- Naga City (independent city)
- Pili (provincial capital)
