Willis hurricane guide¶
Willis is a city in north Montgomery County, inland from the coast. Hurricanes and tropical storms can still bring heavy rain, flooding, strong winds, and tornadoes. The city has its own police department and runs city water, wastewater, and drainage through Public Works.
