Cuero hurricane guide

Cuero is the DeWitt County seat, on the Guadalupe River. Hurricanes and tropical storms can bring high winds, power outages, and river and flash flooding. The city has its own emergency management office, police and fire departments, and runs its own electric, water, and sewer service.
