Groveton hurricane guide¶

Groveton is the Trinity County seat, in the Piney Woods of East Texas near the Davy Crockett National Forest, far from the coast. Tropical storms that move inland can still bring heavy rain, flooding, falling trees, and tornadoes. The city runs its own water, sewer, and garbage service, and the Groveton Volunteer Fire Department provides fire service.
