Winona hurricane guide¶
Winona is a small city in northeastern Smith County, northeast of Tyler. It is far from the coast, but tropical storms that move inland can bring heavy rain, flooding, and high winds. The city bills for its own utility service, and a volunteer fire department serves the area.
