Cleveland hurricane guide¶
Cleveland is a city in northwestern Liberty County. Hurricanes and tropical storms can bring heavy rain, flooding, high winds, and tornadoes here. The fire chief is also the city's Emergency Management Coordinator, and the city has its own police department and water and sewer systems.
