Freestone County hurricane guide¶
Freestone County Emergency Management, in Fairfield, works with the County Judge on disasters. The county is far from the coast, but the remains of tropical storms can still bring heavy rain and flooding. The county has no online alert signup or shelter page, so call the emergency management office with questions and follow your city's notices during a storm.
