Rutherford College hurricane guide¶
Rutherford College is a small town in eastern Burke County, in the foothills between Morganton and Hickory. Tropical storms here can bring flooding, high winds, fallen trees, and power outages. The town's Public Works department runs its water, sewer, and storm drain systems.
