Summit hurricane guide

Summit is a town in Pike County just north of McComb, far inland from the coast. Hurricanes that come ashore on the Gulf Coast can bring strong wind, tornadoes, and flooding here. The town has its own police department and volunteer fire department and runs the water, sewer, and garbage service.
