Snow Lake Shores hurricane guide¶
Snow Lake Shores is a small lake community in Benton County, in north Mississippi. It is far from the coast, but the remains of tropical storms can bring heavy rain, high winds, and tornadoes. The town has its own police chief and water system, and the Snow Lake Shores Fire District volunteer fire department serves the town.

- The town lists six community storm shelters at four sites, each FEMA approved to hold 14 people: two on Hoover Road and Lake View Drive, one at Lakeview Drive and Beach View Road, two next to the fire station, and one on Snow Lake Drive past the east boat ramp.
